Central Committee will meet THURSDAY MARCH 4 at 7:00

IN MEETING ROOM A OF THE CORALVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Public Relations Chair may be elected, Central Committee Members may be elected.

NOTE: This is a change from previously announced location, due to
special School Board Meeting

Agenda will include discussion of fund raising, the County Convention, the District Convention as well as breakout groups for the standing subcommittees.

Central Committee Meeting
February 4th, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM.

The approval of the January minutes was tabled, as the minutes were not available.
The county convention will be held on March 13th.
Joe Galbraith made an appeal for delegates and/or alternates to consider helping out with the Rules & Nominations Committee.
Doug Dorando spoke on behalf of the Iowa Democratic Party.
Dennis explained the standing committee structure.
The treasurer’s report was approved as presented.
An opportunity was provided for central committee members to introduce themselves.
The committee broke out into standing committee meetings at 8:10 PM.
Ed Flaherty announced that Bob Krause would be having a Johnson County conference call on Feb. 10th.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:47 PM.
