Special Convention Mailing andl Meeting of the Executive Committee

Mailing for the Special Convention will be put together at at meeting which will be a combined mailing effort as well as an informal session of the Executive Committee.

When: Thursday November 19 at 7:30

Where: in the back of the board room in the Iowa City Community School District Administration Building. The address is 509
S Dubuque St, Iowa City, IA.

We could use help for getting out this mailing (put labels on almost 900 cards) so if you are free, please stop by and pitch in.

Due to the illness of our Secretary and hecticness and uncertainties concerning Special Convention planing, the Chair was not able to send out proper notice of this Executive committee meeting, thus its informal nature.

Some topics to be discussed at the meeting are:

the change of the CC meeting time and location,
review of Special Convention Progress,
getting a list of Caucus Chairs for 2010,
